“Do you bleed?”

Well, if you do after a 5km fun run, you might want to relook your activity list.

While the official verdict of the epic superhero showdown of 2016 is still out there, and by that, we mean the face off between Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Captain America: Civil War and X-Men: Apocalypse, fans of the World’s Finest can decide on the winner, by backing either Team Superman or Team Batman in the first Batman v Superman Run in Singapore.

Technically, this is the second run, because this run is a follow up to last year’s Justice League Run , but instead of a face-off between the Leaguers, the second race is between The Dark Knight of Gotham and The Last Son of Krypton.

Which is technically a misnomer because in Zach Snyder’s movies, Kal-El isn’t the sole survivor of Planet Krypton.

And come to think of this, the Superman and Batman in this year’s run isn’t the same as the Batman and Superman from last year’s run. You know, different costumes, looks and moral compasses and all. But it’s DC Comics, home of multiple Earths, alternative realities and all that.

The run will take place at Sentosa on June 26 at Sentosa and you can find out more details here.

The race entitlements includes a Superman or Batman shirt, with artwork and designs from the recent blockbuster film , and the combined race timings of the teams supporting either heroes will be used to determine the final winner.
