The Entire Friends Series is Now Available on Netflix Singapore

Back in the golden years of the 1990s, a beloved group of six friends dished out plenty of laughs, great humour, and relatable content to a huge mass of audiences. With an eclectic lineup of characters that ranges from a fashion enthusiast to a womaniser-cum-struggling-actor, the American sitcom managed to charm its way into the hearts of many viewers, so much such that it eventually grew to become the most-watched show of all time.

Now, Netflix users in Singapore can finally relive the misadventures of Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross in all its glorious absurdity.

Come January 1, 2018, and all 236 episodes of Friends will be made available on the popular streaming service. It certainly comes as a pleasant surprise, a great welcome into the new year, and it’s all thanks to one Mr Gavin Neo.

In a tongue-in-cheek show of wittiness, Netflix dedicated a video to this amazing individual of a man, who has spent the past six months leaving comments on the Netflix Facebook page, in a bid to bring the series abroad Netflix. A good demonstration of Mr Neo’s unwavering love and dedication to Friends, the short reel ends off with some clever and nostalgic use of cutouts from the sitcom.

Seems like true love will always win out – eventually.
