Depending on which side of the fence you sit on, LEGO’s Brickheadz series might be the best thing since sliced bread but to some they might be more than happy with a Funko.

However, there’s no denying that LEGO is going full steam ahead with its release and with the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi hitting cinemas in close to a month’s, this represents the biggest marketing push for the company.

After all, Star Wars has been the lifeblood for the company for the longest time and the Brickheadz series represents a whole new vertical for LEGO to forge. But, let’s get into the reveal proper.

Rey and Kylo. Yin and Yang. Put them together and you get a duo that prints money. However, at first glance, the only thing that ran through my head is “WHY DOES REY LOOK LIKE A DUDE?” Sadly, given the form of Brickheadz, this is the most unflattering representation of Daisy Ridley’s character. Kylo on the other hand looks on point. No complaints there.

Limited. Edition. Collector’s. Pack. This is one box that will be bought, hoarded, and never opened. That is unless you buy three of each box.
Nothing much to shout about on the flip side but it does look like Rey is much more distinguishable here. Perhaps maybe it would have helped if here ponytail was tied higher.

Well, master builders at LEGO decided this would be the best form so who am I to argue? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
